1. Who we are
Rogalia Inc ("we", "us", "our") operates the Rogalia website and game ("the Service") and is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. Contact: info@rogalia.ru.
2. What personal data we collect
- Account & gameplay data: character name, login credentials, in-game activity and progression.
- Purchase data: character name and email address provided at checkout; basic order metadata (amount, currency, timestamp). Card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Paddle — we do not see or store them.
- Support messages: any information you include when contacting us by email.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, basic usage/telemetry and error logs, collected via server logs and standard web tooling.
3. Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)
- Provide the Service — running the game, delivering purchased Lemons to your character (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- Customer support — responding to your questions (contract / legitimate interests).
- Security and fraud prevention — protecting accounts and infrastructure (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- Service improvement — diagnosing bugs and improving gameplay (legitimate interests).
- Legal compliance — tax, accounting and answering lawful requests (legal obligation).
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for processing the sale of Lemons, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for serving the website and game servers.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers (including Paddle) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the UK, EEA or USA. Where applicable, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent adequacy mechanisms.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account and gameplay data while your account is active; purchase metadata for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years); support messages for a reasonable period after the request is resolved; technical logs for a limited period for security and debugging. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent), and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically within one month).

8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage required to operate the Service (for example to remember your selected language). We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
