30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Lemon purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund, contact us at info@rogalia.ru with your order reference (the checkout session ID shown on your receipt) and the email address used at checkout. We will process the refund through Stripe on your behalf.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, any Lemons granted in connection with the refunded purchase may be removed from your character. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
