1. Who we are

Rogalia (the "Service") is operated by Rogalia Inc ("we", "us", "our"), an individual seller. By accessing the website or playing Rogalia you ("you", "user") enter into a binding agreement with us.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, playing the game, or purchasing Lemons (the in-game premium currency) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

Rogalia is an online multiplayer game. Lemons are a digital, in-game currency that can be spent on in-game items, gear and perks. Lemons have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide (including the character name used when purchasing Lemons) must be accurate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including malware, probing, scraping, exploiting bugs, or unauthorised access);
  • use bots, automation, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage or trade Lemons outside the game.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the game client, server software, artwork, sound, branding and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.

7. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is described in our Refund Policy.

8. Delivery of Lemons

After a successful purchase, Lemons are credited to the character name you provided at checkout. Delivery is performed manually by the administrator via in-game mail and may take some time. If your Lemons have not arrived, contact us at info@rogalia.ru.

9. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
